About the Role
Venndor Properties is hiring a Trainee Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and work well independently. The ideal candidate will manage the sale of both residential and commercial properties and will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements in accordance with company policy.
Candidates must have previous experience in this field but not essential, be able to communicate and create relationships with customers, and have excellent time management skills.
Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities of a trainee estate agent:
Answering telephone calls
Arranging appointments
Taking clear messages
Registering new applicants
Entering viewing onto the system
Delivering leaflets
Booking valuations
Conducting viewings
Skills and experience required:
Great communication skills & attention to detail
Be enthusiastic and keen to learn
Be able to work on your own initiative and be pro-active
Have strong IT skills
Be able to prioritise workload
Experience in administration
You Must:
Be driven and ready to work hard to build a fantastic career for yourself in this professional company and go from being a trainee estate agent to a fully fledged estate agent!
Hold a full clean driving licence
