About the Role
Venndor Properties are looking for an eager and ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-achieving student who enjoys working in an energetic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will take part in researching prospective properties, creating and presenting proposals and developing a sales plan that assists our company in reaching its overall objectives. A competitive salary will be offered to a candidate with strong communication skills, strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail upon completion of internship.

The ability to oversee property sales and liaise with all parties involved during the marketing and conveyancing stagesAn eagerness to adopt high customer service standards

Generating sales from potential buyers and homeowners
Adopt a customer-centric approach to lettings management
Manage all stages of the lettings process through to completion in accordance with company policies and procedures
Liaise with relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of individual lettings and maximise rental income
Manage upwards to multiple directors
To join us as you will need:
Strong computer skills are an essential – intermediate level MS Office; including Word, Excel and Outlook
UK Driving License and Car
Strong people skills
Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to multi-task under pressure
Good understanding of the English language, both written and verbal
About the Company

Contract length: 12 months minimum
Salary: £16,664.01-£19,215.88 per year
