About the Role

Venndor Properties are looking for a Lettings Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating marketing materials, responding to customer enquiries and analysing customer data, as well as placing apartment listings online. Our Lettings Manager will work closely with our Property Manager to coordinate the effective use of all resources to maximize the return on investment for our clients and company.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Pre & post valuation preparation & follow ups and comparable evidence complied

  • Attendance of Valuations and efforts in securing instructions

  • Honest, reliable & professional advice to potential Landlords

  • Management of in office procedures & policy

  • Reporting and management of KPIs, target, conversions

  • Hire, train, and manage a team of estate agents.

  • Establish property rental prices and terms.

  • Monitor rental prices.

  • Manage rental property as if it were one's own.

  • Adhere to regulations set forth by the United Kingdom's National Landlord Scheme.

  • Work with tenants to resolve issues.

  • Work with carers to evaluate needs of new tenants.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience

  • Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement

  • Be able to work effectively managing a team

  • Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times

  • Display high standards of service and presentation

  • Have good organisational skills

  • Demonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growth

  • Has a natural flair for and enjoys dealing with people and, always looks to provide the best customer serviceIs articulate with strong negotiating & communication skills

  • Great leadership in order to get the best out of the team, building the right culture within the working environment


About the Company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship

Contract length: 12 months minimum

Salary: £20,739.70-£48,923.58 per year
