Requirements
Main Responsibilities for the role of a Sales Manager
Deal with customer enquiries effectively
Agree deals and ensure monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit
Developing more junior members of staff and team training
Managing StaffWinning Business1-2-1 with negotiators
Setting targets for staff
Qualify offers and negotiate deals on behalf of yourself and others where needed.
Regular Vendor care and obtain price reductions
Valuing Properties
Sharing ideas for canvassing and marketing
Prospecting effectively to generate valuations and build stock listIdentify and implement strategies to increase stock levels and build market share
Perform market appraisals and take on instructions
Hold morning meetings
Prepare and record company figures when neededEffective sales progression to ensure deals exchange asap
Ensure focus on own development, progression and improving skillsMaintain compliance with industry and internal process
Dealing with Complaints
Any other duties requested by manager or Directors
