About the Role
Venndor Properties is hiring a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and work well independently. The ideal candidate will manage the sale of both residential and commercial properties and will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements in accordance with company policy. Candidates must have previous experience in this field but not essential, be able to communicate and create relationships with customers, and have excellent time management skills.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Respond to enquiries from potential buyers and sellers
Carry out valuations
Liaise with sellers, buyers and solicitors
Promote company brand to gain further instructions
Manage own workload and effectively make best use of time to maximise sale
Requirements:
Experience in residential sales or lettings
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Good attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
A full UK driving licence
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Internship
Contract length: 12 months minimum
Salary: £18,609.73-£39,801.91 per year
