About the Role
The successful candidates will provide expert knowledge in all areas of property sales, including pre-sales, post-sales, applications and professional services. This will involve the development of new business, increased market penetration, and the nurturing and growth of existing customer relationships.
Must have at least 1 years current Sales Progression experience ideally in a sales progression role and is currently to be able to hit the ground running with own portfolio of properties.

Computer literate

Excellent telephone skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
Demonstrable negotiation and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to build relationships at all levels.High level of numeracy.
Project management experience would be an advantage.
Skills Required:

3+ years consulting, account management or customer success experience, preferably in property/sales environmentExperience managing portfolio of Landlords/Investors/Homeowners/Property Sellers
Relevant industry experience would be advantage
Experience using CRM tools – Dynamics would be advantage
Self-motivation with a high attention to detail and ability to multitask
Great account management and problem-solving skills
Collaborative working practice and a strong focus on open communication, ensuring that customers’ needs, and opportunities are clear across the business
A strong track-record of success in past roles working with customers and developing trusted, consultative relationships
Good judgment in analysing information to make confident decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to leverage different communication channels including in person, email, and webinar
