About the Role

Venndor Properties is hiring a Sales and Lettings Negotiator. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and work well independently. The ideal candidate will manage the sale of both residential and commercial properties and will be responsible for negotiating contracts and agreements in accordance with company policy. Candidates must have previous experience in this field, be able to communicate and create relationships with customers, and have excellent time management skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities:


  • Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments

  • Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants

  • Booking and attending viewings

  • Carrying out regular Landlord updates

  • Negotiating offers

  • Processing applications

  • Dealing with customer enquiries

  • Dealing with repair & maintenance - liaising with contractors

  • Regular contact with both landlord and tenant

  • Managing the tenancy end and re-listing

  • Ensuring all landlord and tenant compliance is completed

  • Ensuring all gas safety, EICR and EPC certificates are in place

  • Provide information and practical advice on the mortgage application process.

  • Apply the strategies, principles and tactics of negotiation in order to obtain the optimal sales price or the best possible rental prices for clients.

  • Prepare and present reports and presentations.

About the Company

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Internship

Contract length: 12 months minimum

Salary: £18,609.73-£39,801.91 per year
