Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the content strategy across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube and Pinterest
Coming up with creative ideas
Consistently learning a deeper understanding of how social platforms and behaviours impact wider marketing / communications efforts as well as the business at large.
Ability to be clear and concise with communication (oral and written).
Driven & self-motivated, a strong planner and well organised.
Ability to multitask, and work at pace
Excellent time management skills
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work both independently and within a busy team
Personal Profile
A minimum of 2 years Social Media managing experience
A passion for furthering your career in Social Media
Interest in and knowledge of luxury properties/home and e-commerce business
Strong analytical skills
Social media management platforms such as Falcon or Hootsuite
Strong organisation skills able to prioritise workload effectively
A self-starter who can take initiative and make their ideas happen
Experience with social media analytic
Previous content creation and social media management experience
You'll have previously created content and managed the channel/community for yourself (perhaps you're an influencer?) or for a brand.
You'll have previously worked with: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
You'll have previously worked with: a social media scheduling tool.
Native/fluent in English.
Nice To Haves:
Previous experience in hospitality marketing (Property, Recruitment, Bar, Restaurant, Nightclub, Hotel etc.)
Previous experience of creating/managing Paid Social ads (using tools such as Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Advertising, Snapchat Advertising etc.)
