About the Role
Venndor Properties are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Manager. Our Sale & Lettings Trainee Managers often go on to become successful Branch Managers and we are looking for candidates with a desire to learn, an eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading their own team, developing new employees and training existing staff members in the workplace and remotely. As an added benefit, the Trainee Manager will have the opportunity to learn new skills and gain exposure within our organisation.
Requirements
The role of the Trainee Property Manager:
Assist in managing daily operations of Lettings portfolio whilst maintaining and delivering excellent customer service
Maintain regular communication with Landlords and Tenants and communicating any maintenance related correspondence
Assist in ensuring all properties in the portfolio are fully compliant with industry regulations
Manage Junior Negotiators
Arranging and processing collections of any rent arrears, and releasing of deposits
Assisting in processing and guiding both parties through the end of tenancy process
About the Company
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Contract Length: 12 Months Minimum
Salary: £18,567.35-£35,038.79 per year
