OUR LET AND RENT COLLECTION SERVICE INCLUDES:

  • Collection of rents, crediting the landlord's nominated account with all monies due and the provision of monthly statements and accounts
     

  • Reading utility meters at the commencement of the tenancy
     

  • Registering the deposit with The Dispute Service / Tenant Deposit Scheme, unless otherwise instructed
     

  • Post and telephone costs
     

  • Preparing all documentation for the tenants, along with a special moving in pack for the tenant with all the information that they will need.

  • An electronic copy of all documentation emailed to the landlord if required.
